Club History:

Dorchester United Soccer Club was co-founded in April 2019 by Jason Bond and Jeff Alperin to provide an opportunity for their rec teams to play in tournaments. Beginning with 50 players on 4 teams, DUSC survived COVID shutting down soccer, and has grown every year since with 160 players on 12 teams last year!


Mission:

The mission of Dorchester United Soccer Club is to provide an affordable, and competitive, club soccer option for all the kids in our community.

 

We believe that that all kids can benefit from playing soccer and it is our mission to provide a welcoming, inclusive, fun, and competitive environment that supports kids reaching their full-potential, on and off the field.


Vision:

The vision of Dorchester United Soccer Club is to provide an  environment where kids are free to make mistakes, have fun, and learn the values of teamwork, effort, ambition, and commitment.


Our vision includes a plan that incorporates the age-appropriate physical, cognitive, social, emotional, and developmental needs of our players.


VAlues:

Our non-negotiable values include inclusivity, fair play, sportsmanship, honesty, teamwork, ambition, effort, respect for others, personal responsibility, and gratefulness. 


We strive to live up to these values daily, both on and off of the field.
